Then the contest began with men and women from all over the world competing in bodybuilding and other female fitness models were competing in the figure models contest. This was all preceded by a legend in health and fitness, Jack Lalanne being given the Muscle Beach Lifetime Achievement Award...and he gave an impressive speach that is provided here as well.
